My Children

I have three beautiful (handsome) boys.  My husband says God knew he could only handle the drama of one woman :).

Isaac was born May 6, 2003.  I had a wonderful pregnancy and delivery.  He was our first child so we learned what parenting was about and hoped that our new experience would prepare us for our future children.  He cried all the time and still does 7 years later lol.  He loves video games and asks thousands of questions, all the time.  He has ticks that sometimes drive me nuts.  Once one goes away, seems like a new one starts.  He is very smart and does well in school.

Kody was born June 16, 2004.  Isaac was four months old when I found out we were expecting Kody! Suprised to say the least.  You would think all that crying from Isaac would have been plenty of birth control in itself. He has asthma, but that doesn't slow him down a bit.  Kody is a free spirit to put it mildly.  He has a huge heart and loves animals.  He is very protective of the new baby brother.  He was a good baby for the most part.  Pregnancy and delivery were also a breeze with him as well.  He does well in school but would rather be doing something else.

John is the newest addition born August 16, 2010.  Notice all the 6's in the birthdates???  Enter pregnancy after 30 and its a whole new ball game.  I was sick from the beginning to about 14 weeks.  I felt tired the whole pregnancy, had some issues in the beginning and then developed polyhydraminos (too much amniotic fluid) at around 30 weeks.  I was as swollen as the goodyear blimp. I ended up having to have a C-section after 8 hrs of the most painful labor. He is a wonderful baby, very much a mama's boy.  He does have a cyst above his left eye that we are keeping an eye on.  The dermatologist says its nothing to worry about.  Can't wait to find out what he loves and does not love.

Back to all the 6's... our first street number was 756, our current street number is 156, all the boys birthdates have a 6 in them, Isaac was born at 10:46, Kody at 6:48 and John at 6:44. With all those 6's makes me wonder if our family is really going to stop at 5??? (i had a tubal, but there is always divine intervention!)
